A course in connecting to what matters most...creatively.

Are you busy woman who needs to make some time for herself?
Do you love the idea of being creative, yet feel stuck on how, when, or what to do?

Yes? Well, let's fix that. Together.

Yes you are. We all are.
I believe we are all born to create.
We are all born to make something.
You matter.

Creativity is the best way to connect with who you are and what matters to you.

From the comfort of your space, where you are now, you have permission to #chooseyou
for at least 30 minutes a week and be creative.

This course is designed to be self paced and as involved as you need it to be.

Each lesson includes a video of the week's theme and a simple creative task
(themes like: I give myself permission to, I believe...)

You will create something based on that theme and your own reflection of yourself,
on your time and in your space, at your comfort level.

What do you need?

1) 15-30 minutes a week, just for you, to watch the video and make something incredible.
2) Any thing you can find in your home to create with.
Or you can splurge and buy yourself some new supplies like a journal, markers, paints, etc.
It's up to you!

This course is not about perfection, or making something to hang on your walls to showcase,
(unless you want to!) it's about using creativity to reconnect to what matters most.

I will be here to encourage, connect and listen to you as much as you need along the way.
