During this six week course we will explore, through journaling, what matters most to you. I find that mornings or evenings with my journal are extremely relaxing and refreshing, I want you to have this experience too.
Each week when you log in, a written prompt will be waiting for you to read. After you've read the prompt and journaled your response, a letter with a new prompt will come to you via "snail mail." This letter will help you dig a bit deeper and think a bit more, thus encouraging you to spend more time in your journal, as a perfect way to begin your 2018
The purpose of this course is to give yourself permission to create, to journal, to think and to spend time with a very important person: YOU.
Know someone who you think needs to do this with you? We all do...so grab that friend and sign up for you and for her....use the code "Friends" to enroll BOTH of you for $49!
After you pay I'll send you a code to send to your friend to enroll her too!
It's a two for one deal! Hurry! It expires 1/7/18!
Course begins January 8, 2018 and ends February 16, 2018.
Each Monday you can log in to see the new course content to complete within that week.
By the end of the week your snail mail will arrive!
You will get out of the course what you put in, the more you interact in the comments or via email the more I'll be able to know what you need! Let's talk and connect...it's what makes my heart happy, to hear you.
Let's journal together...
What people are saying about #connectedjournaling:
I enjoyed receiving “real mail” every week - love that very personal touch. I enjoyed having a simple suggestion to get me started writing. Each time I would receive a prompt, I would say, “I’m not sure I have anything to say about this topic… and then words would magically appear. It was the PERFECT TOOL to get me started journaling...So often I’ve felt compelled to journal about my feelings or something - all of which came out on the page with these, seemingly unrelated, topics as well! It was just brilliant. The ARTISTIC prompts were SOOOO FUNNNN...I tend to be creative, but I can absolutely see how this would encourage someone (without a drawing desk in her bedroom) to just CREATE. It’s such a brilliant mix of concepts!
I enjoyed the "me" time and exploring my thoughts/fears which I had not done in the past. Definitely was a great stress reliever and helped put things into perspective. ~Amy
I loved the class! It finally got me journaling, something I've wanted to do for awhile. I just never knew where to start. The focus on a word was a great beginning. The tasks were focused, but opened ended enough to allow creativity. I really enjoyed getting your mail each week. ~Erin
